Nielsen Chevrolet

I originally came to Nielsen for an oil change and a check engine light issue; of course the day of the service is the only day that week that the car didnt have an issue so it wasnt able to be diagnosed. My experience that day was brilliant, the staff where lovely, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and the snacks/ beverages kept me happily fuelled during my wait. Now let me tell you about Ortie Bibbo, this gentleman of a man is like your favourite uncle, when you pass your car keys to him, you know that your car and your budget are in safe hands. Upon leaving the dealership, he assured me that if I were to have an issue with my car due to the check engine light, I was to contact him and he would book me in for a repair, sure enough the next day, my car had the issue again, so I rang up Ortie and he booked me in and promised to work on my car until he found this issue. A few hours later, he rings me explaining what the issue is in a way that I would understand, a price is agreed and a few hours later I receive another call from him saying everything is done. I turn up at the dealership and the first thing I see is a welcoming smile from Ortie, as a costumer to any service, feeling welcomed is always a big thing for me. My car is now happy again, my experience once again with Nielsen is a great one, I would certainly trust them and recommend them to anyone.

How would I know the quality of repair. I had a water pump replaced that should have lasted way longer than 50,000 miles. The car was serviced the week before. The only way I knew there was a problem was I checked the fluid levels the day after the car was serviced and noticed the coolant tank was low. I guess you don't check those things when a car comes in for service.

I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This is the second time I have leased a car with the help of Michael Lake. He is a great salesman.
