Great Experience

Great process
When I call Roy answer and just talking to him gave me security that this was going to be a good experience to buy my son his 1st car. We get to the dealership and Axel was assigned to be our seller wow excellent working with him. He was very honest and open to answer all our concerns. His expertise was on point and communication awesome. He never rush us into anything. Thanks Axel for your great service.

TERRIBLE
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a 2017 Chevy Colorado from them a few months ago that was pre-certified, meaning that I had bumper-to-bumper coverage for up to a certain amount miles. Three months after driving the vehicle, the belt started squeaking and I brought the truck in for service. They returned the truck to me and said there was nothing wrong. This was March.. fast forward to now, the belt got worse and became louder. I decided to bring the truck in again on Tuesday to get it looked at for the same issue. Al, the Service Manager, told me that they would no longer honor my warranty because I was about a thousand over, even though I had already brought the truck in earlier for the same issue (covered by the warranty) and they said there was no problem. I then talked to Roy, the Sales Manager, who sold me the truck, and he laughed in my face about the situation and told me that he “doesn’t xxxxing need my xxxx right now.” Then, he proceeded to tell me if I don’t like the way things are run here to “take my xxxxing business somewhere else.” We then had an exchange of words to which I decided to leave my truck there, giving hope that they might do the right thing. Service then left me in limbo for four days, making me miss two work days because I didn’t have a vehicle to get to work. Whenever I called, they didn’t answer the phone or told me they would get back to me. I then contacted Chevy corporate to file a complaint. Corporate settled the dispute with the dealership and the dealership agreed to pay for parts, having me foot the bill of the labor. But when I went to pick up my truck, the dealership charged me for BOTH the parts and labor. I couldn’t afford to lose another day of work, so I paid in full, but made sure to contact corporate afterwards. I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to buy from this dealership. They are HIGHLY unprofessional and only care about getting your money and not doing right by the customer. Don’t waste your time or money for a terrible experience.

Professionalism and courteous service in crisis
During the height of the COVID-19 crisis, my salesman Roy went over and beyond to get me a quick quote with 2 payment options within hours of my first call - unlike many other dealers where it took days to get any information. He explained all the options for my purchase in a professional and courteous manner. He didn't use the crisis as an excuse for delay as so many other dealerships had done during my two week search before I called him. He made the buying experience pleasant, which is especially needed in these trying times.
