Outstanding Experience
Patrizio Torregiani is a seasoned professional Porsche salesman! And Noah Davis did an amazing job administering all of the paperwork from my trade in to the delivery of my new Porsche. All in all Patricio and Noah made buying a new car a very enjoyable experience.

Great experience with Fred and Noah
I bought a CPO Cayenne for a new commute and after a lot of research, came to New Country Porsche. New Country had the best and broadest inventory of CPO vehicles near me, but more importantly, Fred went out of his way to answer all of my questions around new registration, New Country's CPO coverage, and took me on a great test drive on very short notice. New Country and Fred have my highest recommendation for anybody in the CPO market.

They didn't get my business but got my admiration!
I live in Texas and was looking for the XJL, spoke with Rich Del Mazzio for a quick bit, just as they were wrapping up at the office but he took the time to hear me out and promised to provide all information i need to make a decision on car i wanted...we were off but i admired his patience, professionalism and efficiency. I wish i was able to get the deal i was looking for but it wasn't for lack of Rich trying. He did all he could but i guess it wasn't meant to be. i will recommend him to anyone cause i believe his judgement and fairness. Great guy...

Buying a Macan
My wife and I went to the New Country Porsche dealership, the other day. We met Patrizio Torregiani, a salesman. What a friendly guy, spent close to an hour with my wife. Going over every part of the 2017 Macan, then they went for a 20 min ride in the Macan Turbo, then he took her for another 20 min ride is the S model. It enabled her to really feel the car and the options each has. She fell in love with the Blue Metallic S. Patrizio and my wife sat down to discuss, options & cost. My wife is in sales, so she is really good at negotiating. They came to a agreement, that both were happy with. It was fun watching them both go back and forth. They actually settled right in the middle. Okay so then the part that everybody knows is coming. We sat down with Noah, Sales mgr. he explained all the options available to us, and warranties. Noah was very friendly, and got right to the point, but never pressured us into anything. We learned a lot from him about Porsche. He was incredibly efficient. We agreed to pick up the car in two days. On Fri Patrizio met us, he once again spent an hour with my wife, going over everything on the car, setting up the phone, radio, everything. I have to say that I have never had such a fun time buying a car from a dealer and Patrizio, and Noah. Of course my wife had to ask the final question ( If i'm in the area can i get my car washed, Patrizio smiled and said anytime.) Thank You both. James Poster

First Porsche - Used Boxster S
I purchased a CPO 2013 Boxster S in December of 2016. This was my first Porsche and after a very poor experience with a different Porsche dealership I am happy to say that both the experience and the vehicle lived up to my expectations. Dealership: I dealt with William (Bill) Deichmeister primarily who was also supported by other members of the NCPG team (especially Gilbert Castellon). Bill was responsive and understanding of my concerns and was able to obtain the price on the vehicle I wanted to pay. He was unfortunately not at the office (due to training) the day I picked up the vehicle but left everything set-up for me to drive it off without problems. I also want to call out Noah Davis who worked with my bank to get me a great rate (went above and beyond). Gilbert was also cordial and welcoming when I picked up the vehicle. Vehicle: I had purchased a CPO Porsche at a DIFFERENT dealership and as it turns out it had been wrecked and subsequently CPO'd. Upon learning about this I returned the vehicle since Porsche does not CPO vehicles which have been in serious accidents. Needless to say I was very careful in purchasing this vehicle. The car has been perfect without any issues what so ever. The dealership kept the entire service history and even helped me coordinate an inspection by a different Porsche dealership (which I paid for) to ease my concerns. In summary, I would return to (and recommend) New Country Porsche of Greenwich and would buy from Bill again. For those folks looking at used Porsche vehicles (including CPOs) make sure you get the full service history and get an independent inspection because not only can CarFax reports be inaccurate, even Porsche CPOs can be issued on vehicles which has been wrecked (not by this dealership though!!).

Awful
I went to see a new C4S. They listed it as new with 22 miles on their website, and told me it was a new car on the phone. When I got there and saw the car, I noticed it had 6000 miles on it. Not 60, or 600, but 6000. When I asked how that was new, the salesmen said it was an executive demo and they considered it new. I said 6000 miles on a vehicle makes it used, and he told me they believed it was new regardless of the mileage. When I asked if there was a discount because of the mileage, he said they did not discount new cars. Shady shady shady. They will lie to you and try to sell you used cars as new. Avoid them.

Service as great as the Porsche
Karina at New Country Porsche of Greenwich was fantastic. As first time Porsche buyers, Karina was incredibly knowledgeable about the car as well as tremendously courteous; Karina clearly believes in the company and it's culture. Far too often at even luxury car dealerships one feels that the sales team takes the customer for granted. Not so at New Country Porsche. Rich Del Mazzini was a great overall steward of our sales process and the financing could not have been more effienct in Noah Davis' capable hands.

True to their word, easy to deal with, no games.
I had been actively searching for a very specific car for months. An abundant car but with a set of options that were less so. Mine was a nationwide search and I was considering both private party and dealer listings. I found a car that looked like it might work near Greenwich, Ct., about a 4 hour drive from my home. This was a private party sale and I phoned New Country Porsche to inquire about a few things that might be an issue with the car. Even though they weren’t involved with the car I had a great conversation with Rich Del Mazzio about the possible issues and his general take on the model that I was looking for. Rich remarked at this time that if I wasn’t interested in the car could I pass along the information as they might be interested in adding to their pre-owned inventory. Rich assured me he would not try to snipe me on the car before I had my look which I appreciated as, not knowing this dealer, the thought crossed my mind. Well, the car was a dud and on my way home I decided that, rather than phone Rich, I would stop by the dealer and convey my thoughts. I spent a few moments looking around the showroom, meeting a few sales associates, and shared my thoughts with Rich. About 15 minutes after leaving the dealer I got a call from Rich that he had a customer that was trading in his custom ordered car for a newly ordered one. As Rich ticked off the options I knew I was very interested in the trade in. I told Rich that I was still in the area and that I would head back to New Country to have a look. He then told me that the car would not be available for anywhere from 4 to 7 weeks and that he would send me the build sheet. He told me that he would give me a ring when it got close to time and to keep in touch over the next month or so. Well, I viewed this as a bit of a long shot but was impressed with my interactions to this point with the dealer so I decided to stop my search and wait for the trade. It was a long 6 + weeks but the new car finally arrived and the trade was made, CPO’d and prepped for sale. Rich called to let me know and I drove up immediately. I knew that if the car was correct that I would make the deal that day. Upon arrival the car was exactly what I was after and as represented by Rich. I was introduced to Fred Adler, who would handle the sale, and we got down to business. The negotiation took all of 10 minutes; I left a deposit and had a car! New Country needed a week or so to finish a few items on the CPO list so I drove home and picked up the car a week or so later. Fred picked me up at the train station and we finished the deal that afternoon. Again, everything went smooth and Noah, in finance, was just an easy to deal with as Rich and Fred. I can’t recommend New Country Porsche highly enough!
