My wife and I recently purchased a preowned 2015 Audi Q7. The initial meeting with Gilbert was pleasant, but unfortunately things went down hill from there. I am a dentist in private practice and my wife is a c-suite level executive at a public company and we expect a certain amount of professionalism from people. However, we found the opposite at New Country Porsche of Greenwich. A normally quick and easy purchase of a vehicle turned into a two week ordeal as we were passed from one sales person to another (three to be precise). The dealership filled out banking documents incorrectly twice, I filled out the same form a three times, there were several miscommunications between us and the dealership, and the dealership and the bank. However, not until the day the final check cleared was the salesperson sympathetic or apologetic about our ordeal. I got the impression we were annoying them, especially "Noah". We have many friends in Westchester and Fairfield Counties and we have steered all of them away from this dealership and I suggest you do the same.

As kind of a car junkie I frequently find myself educating the salespeople when I visit car dealerships. This was not the case at New County Porsche where Gilbert, a salesperson I had worked with 3 years earlier, was fully informed about all the details of the Mecan model I was interested in, including many features I was not aware of. He was also extremely helpful with the selection of options, only arguing for those that made sense for me. He also pushed to get my order in just in time for the next production run. Noah was also very helpful in explaining the real cost of financing alternatives with the result that I decided not to finance the vehicle I went with
