Let me start off by saying Russell was amazing. Went in looking for a Mustang and he showed me the Shelby. I was referred to the General Sales Manager, Chris Febbraio, who insisted they wanted to sell the Shelby to a “local guy” Good luck finding the right guy for your Shelby.

What a fantastic dealership! In all my years of driving & buying cars, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The owner & his staff are the friendliest, most professional, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, fair & helpful team. I knew what I wanted & McMahon had it. Both the owner Chris McMahon & salesman Richard Agudo made it so very easy for me -- with selection, price, all the paperwork of transferring insurance, plates & new registration, etc.. Rich reviewed all of my new car's bells & whistles with me and synced my phone to the car's system. He told me if I had any questions to call him anytime. I was introduced to the sales, service & parts dept heads & various staff including master mechanics. Never treated so royally when purchasing an automobile. You can bet this is where I will always take my car for service. I highly recommend McMahon Ford in Norwalk, CT.  Thank you Chris, Rich, Al, Casey, Neil, etc. I LOVE my new 2020 Mustang Convertible!!! 

I came in for regular service, which was an excellent experience. I ended up leaving with a Certified Preowned Vehicle! Great Customer Service. I highly recommend Mcmahon Ford.

Problem with rear camera in my Lincoln. Made an appointment for the following week. Arrived and found overload of cars to be serviced. Told to leave my car, get ride home so a diagnostic could be performed, not even a repair. After over 5 hours called to find out status and told the car had not been looked at yet. Asked for a ride to pick up my car. Called after waiting 45 minutes and eventually driver showed up. Asked the service person, Arthur, for my keys. He asked if I wanted to bring my car back the next day. Obviously they had overbooked their appointments. Had I waited there for my car, I would be it would have been checked while I waited. Cannot go without a car for two full days. I had an appointment and this would not have happened if I were male, you can be sure of that. Had been using this service center but no longer will I do so. Arthur has no idea what customer service really means. Denise was extremely helpful and is extremely customer oriented.

Having Purchased a vehicle for our family with McMahon Ford. When we were ready to lease a car for our daughter, McMahon Ford was the only place we considered. The staff and Chris McMahon is super friendly and the sales manager Richard Agudo is both knowledgeable and patient in addressing all of our needs and concerns. We love McMahon Ford and have had two wonderful experiences so far. We will definitely consider them again for future purchases - as this family loves Fords!

My husband and I weren't sure if we wanted to lease or buy a car. Richard Agudo was a great sales person. There was never any pressure. He called to follow up but never any pressure. If we changed our mind or asked for specific information Richard and the sales manager Sam Brown were always accommodating. There was never any push to get this car or that car. They listened to what we wanted, there was no "up sell"; they told us the options of things. From our first visit to look at car options to the day we picked up the car was 17 days because we weren't sure about buying or leasing a car, but they just kept saying, "we would love to earn your business." They appreciated that you want to spend your hard money with them. There as never pressure. Also, if you call with a question, they responded quickly. We had never leased or bought a car from a ford dealer and we couldn't be happier with our experience from McMahon Ford.

Did not properly service my car. Had been going to this dealer for several years and had received reasonable service in past. Not on my last visit.

Good scheduling experience and follow- up by the service department. Car was ready when they said it would be, and the repair and general service was handled to my satisfaction.

Our experience was positive in every way. Our salesman, Owen, worked patiently with us to insure that we received the best deal possible on the purchase of our new Ford Escape.

This dealership has shown me a strong desire to make their customers happy and commitment to keep customer's cars in great condition. They have a fleet of free loaner cars if your car needs a repair that you can't wait for. They have fixed any of my problems excellently and at a more reasonable cost then any other shop. That's why I bought my last 2 cars here.
