Me and my husband purchased a van from them a few months ago, and needless to say how much we regret it. As a middle-class family of five, we work hard and struggle to make ends meet, so we need a reliable vehicle to do so. The day AFTER we drove off the lot with it, the whole inside smelt of gas, so we took it back, and sure enough it needed repair in which they tried to charge us for. Luckily they ended up paying which we were grateful for, but they warned us that it would be the only time. Now a few months later, we already had to put $300 more worth of repairs into it, and pretty sure we have to do more very soon because now more issues are popping up. Also the check engine light is out, and when we test drove it and heard the ding, the salesman assured us it was fine. What a nightmare this has been. We will NEVER go there again.
