Primarily, the honesty, intelligence and good nature of the salesman, David Johnson. And, the expertise, knowledge and nice personality of Michelle Paesano, who put me at ease signing all of the required contracts, etc. A very nice experience with Ray Price Mount Pocono Ford.

Damage to Truck door
I took my 1993 Ford F 150 pick up for State inspection and check ABS flickering light on the dash board. Before I left the truck in the service area parking lot the driver side door was working without any problem whatsoever. When I picked the truck after diagnostic work, the driver side door was hard to open and started making loud scraping noise when opened and closed. I got the service counter person with his assistant to look at it. They noticed that the door was rubbing against the frame and making scraping noise. Their suggestion was to take it to a body shop to fix it!! The damage happened when the truck was moved from the parking lot by the person who works at the dealership. It is obvious that it was bumped into a barrier or another vehicle when it was being moved into the shop. Unfortunately there is no recourse other than taking my business elsewhere.

First I have to say the dealership has a really nice selection of cars and pick up trucks, new & used. I went in to Ray Price looking for a used pick up with particular's in mind. P.J. is not the typical salesman, "You don't like what we have on the lot, O' well, see ya." No way! He went out of his way numerous times to show me trucks he thought I'd like, and I loved every one, but I had a budget I had to stick too. I went back to see him three times, I was determined to find what I wanted, and he worked extremely hard to find me exactly the truck I wanted. In fact, the truck I bought is much, much better then I could have ever imagined! P.J. is extremely patient, a very nice person, and worked his butt off to make sure I got the exact truck I wanted. What I really liked about his salesmanship when I was test driving the trucks is, he made you feel very relaxed, never under pressure to buy anything. While I was test driving we talked about everything, from wives to hunting, P.J. is a very nice person, I can only say nice things about him. Go ask for P.J., you will never be disappointed at Ray Price, Mt. Pocono! Buy with complete confidence here.

He wanted everything to be perfect for me!
Ray Price service had been working with me on my old Equinox. When it was determined that my engine would need replaced, I decided to go ahead and get a new, used car. Rich in the service department got me in contact with the salesman Rich Price. I told Rich what I could afford and what I was looking for. He worked with me, and helped me find my new 2014 Chevy Cruze. As I was working with Shelly on my paperwork, Rich got my stuff from my old car, and transferred it to my new car. When I went to get into my new car (in the cold), I found my car to be warm, my new CD was playing on my favorite song, and the heated seats were on and toasty. Rich said he wanted everything to be perfect for me. And it was! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to be treated with loving care. My hat is off to Rich in sales, Rich in service, and Shelly who thoroughly processed my paperwork and explained my extended warranty. Great job, guys!

Painless - actually pleasant - experience!
As a single woman, I dread dealing with car salespeople. For me, a car is a MAJOR purchase - and it's the purchase of something I know nothing about. This dealership' and especially salesman John Minter made the experience painless and - dare I say it - almost fun. I was never pressured in any way, and was treated with dignity throughout the transaction. After I made my purchase decision, the paperwork part of the sale went smoothly and quickly.
