What I liked about the dealership was the service manager was very helpful and helped me out by giving me a rental car to drive after they messed up. I am only Neutral on the above question because it is a FORD dealership, and Ford themselves has treated me like garbage with my 13' DCT Focus.

I love the way they know me and my vehicle I also luv my mechanic Pat. Richard B the service writer is the best. My new Ford service writer seems but I just met him. I always enjoy talking to Rich Price.
