Very unprofessional. Purchased pick-up less than a year...

Very unprofessional. Purchased pick-up less than a year ago and have had multiple issues. Service department was incompetent. Had engine seize in first month due to bad throttle body, side mirrors pivot whenever doors are closed on truck, only replaced rear brakes when advertising new brakes around entire vehicle (told recently the front brakes fail inspection after 18k miles and that front brakes were not replaced prior to purchase since they "still had 1/2 thread and they didn't think it mattered"), and service department has forgotten to complete requested services upon visits (forgot to perform oil change on one visit). Vehicle purchased was not in advertised condition. What seemed like an excellent deal on one of Ford's premier trucks has been nothing but a headache due to misrepresentation of a product. They have ignored complaints and refused to work with me. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership. I could train a pack of xxxxxxx to be more competent and provide better customer support than this sales and service team at this dealership.

I would like to mention how deeply disappointed I was with this dealership. I had been interested in the Jeep on their lot. I spoke several times with a Salesman name John and told him of my interest. I live about 2 hours away in Philadelphia and made arrangements to take a half day off of work to look at the Jeep; and had my father take the day off too to drive me up in case I purchased the Jeep. Prior to making the drive I was told the Jeep was in good condition. When I arrived at the dealership it became apparent that that was far from the case. The windshield had a large crack in it that would never pass inspection, the passenger side mirror was cracked, the mileage was listed as 102,000 but was really over 105,000, the interior was dirty, and on top of all that the Jeep had not been started in some time and needed to have the cam sensor replaced which essentially meant that I was completely unable to test drive the vehicle. This is completely unacceptable from such a large volume dealership. I must say that I would never consider purchasing any vehicle from your lot and that I would not recommend your dealership to anyone else. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
