We have purchased 5 or 6 cars from Ray Price of Mount Pocono over the years.Each time the experience has been great. We have even had one of our daughters come from south Jersey to purchase a car from them.This time we purchased a 2020 Ford Ranger. the sales rep.Billy Capo continued that same experience.He was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and even put up with my wife's little yappy service dog. Billy went beyond what is expected from a sales rep. including explaining the features to me as I am extremely non techno and needed a good explanation of the features. Also Dave Schemm was very helpful with the paper work and in explaining it. The managers of the dealership should be very happy with their performance , the expertise in which they perform their jobs and how they represent Ray Price Auto. I would not hesitate one second to recommend them.

My wife and I just decided to replace our 9 year old F150 with a newer model, and upgrade from an XLT to a Lariat, more goodies on it!! When we walked into Ray Price Mount Pocono Ford, we met a very friendly staff, and our salesman, Sidik Amoo. We threw them a bit of a curve ball, they didn't have anything in stock exactly what we were looking for, so we said we would like to look into ordering a new truck right from the factory. Even though this isn't done too often, and it was Sidik's first "build" as a salesman, he whipped out the laptop, and we started building the truck from the ground up. When he was done, the truck was specked out exactly like we wanted, he went over it several times to make sure it was right. We then threw two trade ins at him. He, and Ford Sales Manager A.J. Marvelli gave us numbers and a deal we could live with. They were so easy to work with, and we actually spent as much time joking around and laughing as we did negotiating. What a pleasant and at ease experience. I have purchased from Ray Price before, and have all my Fords serviced here, and will continue to do so. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I called spoke to saleswoman about a (newly listed) truck I saw on there website.I said I will be driving 60 miles each way to make sure it’s there. She put me on hold checked with sales manager said yes it’s here. We drive there I get a salesman he’s scrambling looking all over. I see manager in sales office holding their heads like somethings wrong. He comes over to us sorry we don’t have it. It should not be on site it was a lease buyout. It was a real good deal on a truck and I drove so far. Crushed of course.so I go in and talk to managers to show my displeasure and I get more we apologize. So used car manager says I’ll find you a truck. Gave 2 weeks and nothing from them. Wasted a Saturday and gas. For nothing. Should have offered to fill up gas for inconvenience. Thanks for nothing will be shopping elsewhere.

I was never so comfortable and at ease at the purchase of my leased 2017 Ford Escape! And I would like to recognize Billy Capo for making this process so easy and so comfortable!!! He made me feel like as if I was a family member during the wait time. No high pressure, but Billy made me feel so at ease with making the purchase. If I ever needed another vehicle, I would most definitely go to Billy! He's fair, he's honest and Billy has my highest recommendations. Even when Bill would have to leave me briefly, he would apologize, and yet made me feel like I was his top priority. That is where Consideration and Respect of a customer makes Billy his overall concern for the customer!!! Should I ever need to go to Ray Price Ford again, Billy Capo is the main salesperson whom I want to deal with! He is most Definitely a people person and a Great asset to Ray Price. Evan though I have leased my Ford Escape for 2 years, because of Billy Capo I feel that I have made the Right purchase with a vehicle that I feel very comfortable with!!!

Believe me when I say we shopped around ! By far this is the best place to buy a car ! Our salesman was Don Dickinson who was very helpful . We bought a car in 2 hrs . Great car - Great deal ! I have to say I will be a lifetime customer ! Every employee was terrific and there was no pressure !

My son worked all summer to purchase a car to get him to and from college. Fairly new driver. Driving 2 hrs o e way. I took him to Ray Price. They had what we wanted and worked with the price. They knew he'd be driving 2 hrs. Knew we wanted something reliable. The car is very nice. Runs great. But was sold with bad rims. They are the original chrome rims on a 2008 MKZ. Warranty wont cover repairs. Wheels are not a system. We were offered a set of used rims installed for $1000. WHAT. $1000. It took everything he saved to buy this car. Now $1000 for used plain rims. WHAT. Very disappointed.

I purchase new Ford F-250 and for a car buying experience it was not bad. The salesman Billy Capo was great To work with. I feel he was trying his best and honestly working to help us get our truck.

Not pushy at all!! Plus, he found us the exact car we were looking for. I couldn't have asked for anything more or a better experience.
