This is my second lease from Garavel Jeep. My sales person Kyle is the reason I come back. While selling is his job, he is also awesome at making you feel right at home. Perfect mix of professionalism while still making you feel as though your walking away with a great deal. As long as Kyle is at Garavel, I will continue to come back. The atmosphere at Garavel is friendly and warm. They should be proud of their amazing customer service!

Service was excellent and Keith did a great job keeping me in the loop with service and repairs. On the other hand, and not within Keith's sphere of influence, you guys need to do something about traffic flow and parking...it's obscene, poorly thought out and an all around headache. FIX IT!
