It was a good second experience with the Jeep company. however , in the my first experience purchasing my Jeep , I received oil change for life but this time I only received 5 years. This is the only thing that I did not appreciate with this experience.

I’ve somehow made it through half my life without ever buying from a dealership. I was lucky enough to have Annie help me through the process and she was an absolute pleasure. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right fit. There was no pressure and no nonsense. I would highly recommend you work with her when you go! I test drove several different cars and my salesman, Sal Iodice, was very easy to work with, got the answers to all of my questions quickly and had a very good knowledge of the vehicles. Garavel had many different vehicles for me to choose from. This was a very good experience for me. The financing was easy and when I made last minute change they handled it with ease. I recommend Jessica Cocco in the business department also.

Walked in looking for a specific model Jeep Grand Cherokee, ended up with a level up but kept my payments where I wanted them. My salesman, Joe M., spent lots of time with me, answered all my questions, and had no problem letting me test drive both vehicles. I was not able to keep my original delivery appointment due to work obligations, but Joe and the business manager, Jessica, could not have been more accommodating. Everyone was super friendly, and I walked away feeling like I was a long time customer, not a first time Jeep owner.

Walked in looking for a used car in a specific range of miles and price. Sal found the exacting thing I was looking for in no time at all. Agreed on the price, went out for pizza, and when I got back the car was ready and I only had to sign on the line. All the painful paperwork was ready to go without any issue.

"Wrangler Rob" McGuire knows his stuff. That makes it easy to find the right vehicle. He's also great to deal with in person, by phone and email -- he was accessible and quick to respond. The car was prepped very nicely. The business office process was quick and painless. Employees have a great attitude.
