Prices way to high for service. I had rear brakes replaced and a oil change, which was fine. Then I revived a call from Marrisa, in regards to change my fluids, brake fluid, coolant and transmission, the price of the rear brakes, and oil change were at $300,00, the price to replace my fluids went up $700.00 plus. I was a Senior Master Nissan technician for Wilson Motors for 15 years. I don’t appreciate of being taken advantage of.

I’ve been going to Nissan for a very long time every time I go there they greet you at the door. very friendly, courteous and professional shout out to the team who does a great job!! Their prices are amazing compare to all the other dealership I went to.. thanks to Jose in service did an amazing job getting my car fixed. Also Ricky in sales help me buy my car and did an awesome job thank you all for your services.

The process of purchasing a vehicle was easy enough Napoli Nissan. The problem comes in when you try to use your warranties. They refuse to call you back. They always say its not covered (when it is). I had a spoiler put on my vehicle by the Napoli Nissan Service dept. When I noticed that it was lifting, I informed the service dept to have it fixed. They told me that "whomever I had to put it on, didn't know what they were doing, and for me to get it replaced by them I would have to pay for it." I told them "It was done by them and asked why would the service dept have someone put on a spoiler if they don't have the skills to do?" The service dept had nothing to say when I informed them, that work had been done by them. Now, I'm trying to get my seat repaired as I have a warranty that I purchased when I bought the car. Napoli Nissan doesn't want to honor it. I was told that the warranty covers leather seat repairs. I have trying for the past week to have my seat repaired. No one calls me back.

Not only do they fix your car, live up to their promises and do it in a professional way, they truly make you feel that you matter to them. How great is that!

The wait time was too long.My appointment was 7:30am.I arrived at 7:38am.No one started working on the car before 8.I waited for more than two hours before any feedback was provided about what was happening with the car.
