Marissa was an excellent service rep. She set up my 30,000 mile service for my Rogue, made arrangements to get my home by Lyft, had the service done in the predicted time, arranged to get me back by Lyft, and had my car washed when I arrived to pick it up. Service at Napoli is always a pleasure rather than a chore.

Ron Valentino and his team provided excellent service on a very busy Saturday. They had exactly the car I was looking for, and I was able to drive it off the lot in just two hours. It was a totally gratifying experience.

I was happy with how I was able to make a service appointment that worked with my challenging schedule. Marissa kept me informed of how the work was proceeding, and she was able to guide me to get other work done during this service appointment that was needed.

Service was in the time quoted but your air pump for your tires needs to be calibrated or the person who checked the tires needs to pay more attention.

Service department was, as always, professional, very efficient and very pleasant. Why would anyone go anywhere else ? Anytime I've brought my car in for service, I've left with complete confidence and satisfaction.

I was promised that that front drivers side issue would be fixed like new and when I received the car for pick up it was not done. When I called to have this fixed the appointment schedule was not accommodating. This was two days later and it should have been addressed immediately and fit a appointment in.

We were pleased with the service we received on our last visit. The service adviser was courteous and friendly an explained what was done to our vehicle.

Today I had my oil changed, front brakes and rotors replaced, and got four new tires. Throughout the process, the service department communicated with me and clearly explained the items/work needed, cost, and the estimated time my car would be done. The staff was extremely friendly. I’m very happy with the work and highly recommend Napoli Nissan.

It took a little longer because I didn't have an appointment. I expected it could be at least 4 to 5 hours .Beside of that I think it was cool .
