clean facility, lots of inventory

The last vehicle I purchased was 13 years ago. John was great about explaining everything to me, explaining in detail all the features on my new vehicle and guiding me thru step by step. Really appreciated this. I came into the dealership looking to buy a new vehicle and wasn't disappointed. My new vehicle is a dream.

Prompt, courteous service. Comfortable facilities

When I brought my 2011 Chevy Cruze in for a recall, I mentioned that there was an odor when I turned on my heater. The technicians checked it out, found the problem and repaired it. Always courteous and quick service at my convenience from this dealership

best service in years

my experience was very rewarding.your staff was friendly,the service was great the customer lounge was the best i had seen in years. and most of all i was in and out quickly. great job h&h keep up the great work

Corvette Service

This appointment to prepare Kathy's Corvette to be put away for the winter was simple. I dropped off the car without any hassle and received a call early afternoon that it was ready to pick up. When I arrived it was ready and looked great.

service was quick and complete

service rep was not sure of the service agreement on the car. wanted to charge me for the visit. had to ask him to check it out. after looking at his computer again he found the right info

H&H Service Dept is excellent!

I'm sure all the staff in the service department are equally capable but I always ask for Steve French as I trust him to listen to my issues and problem solve the issue until final resolution. We all know how inconvenient it is to be without your car but the H&H service team makes servicing and repairing my Malibu as painless as possible. It is about time for an upgrade and I won't look at other car dealers mainly due to how the service team has treated my family and our two Chevy vehicles over the last 4 years. Thanks Steve!

Great service and work.

Great service and work, but I think charging $115 dollars to diagnose my vehicle is a terrible corporate idea with today's technology and especially when I come in for a specific reason. You are already getting my money for the repair work and labor, why do you need to charge me more to tell me what to fix?

Great service with genuine "care for the customer"

J.D. and your service dept mech. was excellent. I brought the vehichle in for three items and two were taken completely care of on the initial visit. The third needs additional work but will be rescheduling with JD after Thanksgiving in order to give them sufficient opportunity to complete. I have no fear that the problem will be fully addressed and taken care of.
