i have never been treated so badly by any dealer then this one there service is terrible and do not know how to check a car for problems and this causes delays and further problems do not take your car to there service department

Tried to do business here and worked with Sam. Placed an order for a 2023 Kia Forte and while most dealerships are canceling forced add ons this dealership is keeping them in place. Going to go buy a Hyundai Elantra at their competitor for $1500 under MSRP. Shame on H and H for taking advantage of people.

CHECK THE MATH!
Check the math people. First, they try to charge a "reconditioning fee" of 2900 dollars for your trade in. Why would you subsidize their business model? That reconditioning fee clears out the 3k trade in rebate on a already overpriced vehicle. Challenge it. They dropped it immediately....this was my first "red flag." Second red flag, the sales person (who was nice enough) told me the warranty did not transfer on a used KIA. This is not true. I let it go, until a 950 (or so) dollar fee was pushed on me for a full warranty transfer. Thats when I divulged that in fact, KIA warranties DO transfer with a slight mileage and year penalty. THE KIA SALESPERSON DID NOT KNOW THIS????!!! To me, just another attempt to "get ya!" on another fee. The 3k "inflation relief" is another mark up and rebate all in one. You have to finance through them. THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO CHECK THE MATH. Our deal had an "out the door price" with a specific interest rate (6%). Using TWO online car loan, calculators the payment came out to 248 a month. THEIR COMPUTERS spit out 261 a month. Asked about the difference their finance guy said...and I am not kidding..."I am not a numbers guy." Wait...what....??? The finance guy at KIA is NOT a number guy! Their was NO effort to find the difference between my number and their number. Instead, he proceeded to tell me how much money they were losing on the car and that was the number. I think I know what they were doing. My "out the door price" of 13k and some change that INCLUDED doc fee was tweaked at the finance stage and placed ON TOP of the previous "out the door" price. A mistake? or intentional? I wasn't going to do their work at explaining this "mistake." At this point, I was done. I didn't stick around. To many red flags, to many "gotcha" attempts. How many people fall for this?

After the Sale
Good experience buying 2023 Niro hybrid. That is as far as it went. When I informed them we were getting 12 mpg under what they claimed it got and had a noise factor with tires we were told by sales person that the dealership only sells and to take it up with consumer affairs. Never had a dealership say that.

Ridiculous markups
This dealership is giving Kia a bad reputation. Tried to sell us a KIA with a $6500 markup because we didn't live in Omaha. (only $2500 if you do live in Omaha) I made sure to let all my relatives who DO live in Omaha know about it and they're steering clear.

First of all , I contacted H+H KIA about an 2019 Ford .
First of all , I contacted H+H KIA about an 2019 Ford . The Ford was listed at $1400 . This low price would not normally be a fair price for this vehicle. So , I knew that I was just dreaming. But , I filled out an credit app at my bank to determine if I could buy a vehicle of its caliber. Meanwhile , the good people at H+H KIA tried to contact me as to answer my inquiree. For about a week , I had no answer to credit score , an approved amount to borrow , or if I would be able to pay for the Ford even. Then a man from H+H KIA texted me saying "he was sorry he made me angry". As soon as I saw the text I checked the time of day , and sent a text back excusing myself for not being prepared to purchase any vehicle when I made the enquiree. I also wanted to thank H+H KIA's personnel for quickly contacting me back , and forgiving me due to my unpreparedness : they were ready to proceed. My feeling is that the dealership is professional , courteous , and knowledgeble.. Maybe I could get something later!

Great vehicle purchasing experience at H&H Kia!
My salesman Keith was very knowledgeable of all the KIAs and helped me identify the exact car with all of the features I wanted on my car. The time it took to get the car was much quicker than he or I thought it would be! I absolutely love my new 2023 KIA Sorento!

Staff is now like a bad used car lot
I have bought a few cars at H&H Kia and had great experience. The staff has gone to garbage very aggressive. plainly stated I was not buying or selling nor in the area any more they still wanted to push
