Staff is now like a bad used car lot

I have bought a few cars at H&H Kia and had great experience. The staff has gone to garbage very aggressive. plainly stated I was not buying or selling nor in the area any more they still wanted to push

Terrible Service

This is the worst service center I have ever been to. Do not trust them & make sure the service was actually done. Also check closely what they charge you for & that they are not charging your card for another customer's account. I arrived at my appointment & I started talking to someone & then another customer came in & started talking to another person. The person I was talking to told the other service person to switch me & the other customer since I was checking in & they were checking out. I started over with the other person they located my account and asked what I was having done. I told them I had a scheduled oil change. They located my account and told me I had a package that covered my oil change and there would be no charge. I went to wait in the lobby. Later the same person who checked me in came & told me my vehicle was ready. I went back to the service counter. They rang me up & I paid without thinking about it, but after I already swiped my card, I realized that I was not supposed to have a charge. I told them and he said you were here in January and do not have any more service to the vehicle covered. I said I'm not sure what you're talking about. I looked at the paperwork he handed me & saw that the name on it was not mine. I told him this paperwork is not in my name or for my vehicle. Then he had to figure out how to reverse the charges. Then he told another guy to go and get my vehicle. Then he told me that I could come back another day because they did not have enough time to clean the inside of my car or wash it. I left and while driving heard loud beeping. I pulled over and looked around & saw a red light in the bottom of the driver side near the floor. I went back & told them & they took it out. I have major concerns about the service I received. First was service completed at all on my vehicle or was service fully completed on my vehicle. Second is my card information attached to the other person's account now. Who is supervising the people in the service department to make sure things are being done properly. I received just as bad service when purchasing. Save yourself a lot of issues & go to another place. I have purchased from Edwards in Council Bluffs in the past & they were way better than H&H.

First off, I am in love with the Telluride I bought from

First off, I am in love with the Telluride I bought from H&H. This one star review is really about the shady experience I had with this dealership. They misrepresented many aspects of this purchase, signed me up for thousands of dollars of additional insurance coverage I did not agree to (which I am now having to try to cancel) and left out extremely critical details about those services I did actually sign up for. The interest rate they gave me was terrible, despite the fact that I have really good credit. They didn’t show me any other financing options - a single credit union, which is suspicious. They really hustled me through the finance process and in retrospect it’s pretty clear this was done so I didn’t have time to ask the questions I should have. I have tried to get in touch with them to get answers or explanations for all of this, but I can’t get anyone to return my calls. This experience was horrible. Do not buy vehicles from these people.

A simple online inquiry resulted in being inundated by a

A simple online inquiry resulted in being inundated by a multitude of texts, calls and emails by 2 of their sales people. Absolutely, reprehensible. Called me early Saturday morning when I get home from work at 2am, and regardless Saturday morning, really? Now a survey to add more insult to the harassment.

H&H is the place to go, for your new or used car b

I have now bought 5 cars with this same Kia Dealership. First car was a Saturn after that l have bought 4 Kia's ... One green one, 2 red ones, and now a Granite Gray one. Sam Sadiq has always been my salesperson. I recommend you see Sam, and buy your car at this dealership.

Arron Burris was super helpful in parts and will def come back. He was very courteous and friendly. Provided great customer service. He was great. Thank you

These reviews are probably lies if they are for used

These reviews are probably lies if they are for used cars. We bought our daughter a used car here over a year ago. 2011 Mazda CX-9. She drove it for a few months with stop and start issues right away and after thousands of dollars in repairs, it is now declared un-fixable. The salesman who helped us was super shady about the history of the car and we should have listened to our instinct and not bought it. He even insisted we leave a 5 star review right away. Glad we waited to see if that review was deserved or not. Very unethical that a company goes so far as to rip people off and break a teenagers heart. Save your money and don’t spend a dime at HH Kia.

These folks started out strong with good communication

These folks started out strong with good communication and interest. When I wanted to take steps to learn about the vehicle (they said was hail damaged) and make an offer on the vehicle, they never responded. The vehicle I want to purchase is still for sale, but they don't have the interest to allow me to make an offer. Interesting times.

Great and Friendly Car Buying Experience

I just purchased my 2023 Kia Sportage and Randy Edwards made it easy. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate people in sales who understand the car buying process can be stressful and Randy was there to help. I recommend H&H Kia and Randy Edwards.

I have bought my last 3 cars, from H&H. I have been a satisfied customer each time. That's why l continue to return back, and l always use my same salesman, Sam Sadiq. For this trip it was just for a oil change.
