Did not honor warranty
bought a brand new optima with H n H Kia and was promised a loaner vehicle for any warranty work. My engine ended up needing to be replaced within the first 2 years. Going to take 2 weeks for repairs and ended up charging for loaner vehicle. Service manager was extremely arrogant and told me I was lucky they even face me a loaner. All they want is to sell you a new then the customer support stops

Best car buying experience ever
I have been purchasing new cars for 40 years and this was the best experience ever. No hassle, satisfied with purchase, good selection, excellent salesperson. All individuals appeared to know their jobs and information was presented in a clear and concise manner. Also, told to stop and say "hi" when bring car in for servicing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out.

Good place to purchase a vehicle everyone was so awesome help me out even if I didn't find a car on the lot they let me know that if I didn't find a car I wanted they would keep a eye out for me and call me in once they got the car so I'm giving this dealership 1million star's

xxx, why are they in business?!
They scheduled a test drive for my wife, and I, as well as confirmed that they had the vehicle on site. My wife drove an hour, and half one way...no vehicle to test drive! Straight up, and lied to us, just to get her there, for what! How are they in business?!

H&H Kia and Nolan Anderson the best!!
We bought a 2021 Kia Seltos from H&H Kia and our overall experience was excellent. We had an unbelievable salesperson named Nolan Anderson who fought hard for our best interest. I would highly recommend H&H and specifically Nolan Anderson as your salesperson to deal with as he was very pleasant to deal with and went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met. We bought a used 2017 Kia Sorento at H&H about ayear ago....
We bought a used 2017 Kia Sorento at H&H about ayear ago. The salesperson never told us that he would be applying for loan on our behalf at over 10 places. He said after the fact he was having trouble getting us approved for loan. Oddly we had no trouble re-financing loan at substantially less interest rate after we bought the car. The salesperson said the car was still covered under Kia's warranty since only 17k miles on it. When we met with Finance manager he said that was not true and convinced us to buy expensive extended warranty. He also assured me he would get me another key fob since they only had one for the car. After two emails and a call, I never received a call back or the key fob. I would never go back to H&H but my wife took the vehicle in yesterday to see what was making the car bounce and the noise associated with that. They said they would look at it but never told her how much it would cost to just determine what was wrong. I talked to service department and they said they had to do "a pretty thorough diagnostic taking some things off" to determine cause of issue. He said they determined that the front rotors were bad and front brake pads needed replaced (the car had 21k miles on it). He said it would cost $360 to resurface front rotors and replace front brake pads. I said I thought that was kind if expensive and would take it to someone I know would charge less. He said that was fone but we still owed $160 for diagnostic fee. Really $160 to determine brakes were bad. So the choice was pay 160 for nothing or 360 to have brakes done. We paid to fix brakes but will never go back to this place will try hard to let everyone else that we can know about our experience at H&H.
