HORRIBLE IS A DECENT EXPRESSION FOR THE EXPERIENCE AT THIS PLACE. I WALKED IN TO THIS PLACE WITH THE INTENTION OF BUYING A VEHICLE IN CASH? BUT Aaron GAVE. HUNDRED STUPID NONSENSE REASONS TO BUY FINANCING INSTEAD. I ENDED UP GETTING THE GAP WARRANTY AND ANOTHER STUPID PACKAGE THST I REPEATEDLY SAID , ,", I DON'T WANTED" BUT THEY JUST TRICKLE ME AND WENT AHEAD AND PLACED THEM ANYWAY! I WISH I HAD REAF THE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO THIS STUPID PLACE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE NOR RECOMMEND ANY BODY.

I don't know what to say.

I don't know what to say. I was told to come on over the bridge and that with my pay stubs, they could get me in a better vehicle. They said the vehicle I have is not worth a trade in. I was told I could probably be put in a Chevy Trax. I was sent the pics of the vehicle and specifically told them I didn't want to come all that way and not get the vehicle. When I arrived, the car that was initially presented to me was being looked at so I was then shown a jeep. I liked the jeep and would've settled for that. Once again I was told I would be fine and they'd get me into something. There was even a white Mercedes Benz SUV that I was told I could look at and what did I think of it. I said it was a bit too much for me so I was thinking things were going smoothly as I was told by Kyle and Shiv that it would be fine. Then, it was a no go. I was patient and understanding even though I was misled. It was a total slap in the face. I didn't even get a thanks for stopping by or we will continue to work on this. I was extremely upset and still am.

This email is for a 2021 Mazda that I purchased from your used car dealer ship.Iam not happy with the salesman lying to me, About a second remote start for the car I purchased from David Stahr.He told me to go to Mazda and purchase 1 so I did told me that i would be reimbursed .I have reached out to him by text and he has never responded,I have asked many times over the last 12 months about my reimbursement and he never has responded all he keeps telling me I have to ask Chuck I have to ask Chuck and just so everybody knows it gets bad when a salesman like this Screws his own family member .So there for in the very near future, I will plan on buying more vehicles from you, but since I’ve been screwed like this, I’m taking my business elsewhere. and the reason why I’m saying this is before I purchased a car he told me he would get me a second remote start, which he never did then he kept calling me to tell me to pick up the car and get it off the lot. I kind of refused to at the first, but then I seen what they were talking about so I came and picked up the car and I only had one remote start and he told me when I get it back to where I was at to go ahead and purchase one and he’ll get me reimbursed it. I have reached out many many times over the last year. I am done only thing I’m telling you guys it’s over lousy xxxxxxx $500 xxxxing car starter so therefore I will take my business elsewhere from here on out so have a great day.

A HUGE THANK YOU, to Cisco and Jason over at Edwards Nissan - Council Bluffs! On a whim, my family and I went in this past Saturday- “just to look”, Ok👁️👁️… 1. Because I knew that they and no one else within a 50 mile radius, had the vehicle that met my Strong WANT list. 2. I’ve gotten my hopes up one too many times before and I couldn’t take the disappointment anymore. Let me tell you- Those guys, Cisco and Jason, MADE 👏🏽 IT 👏🏽HAPPEN 👏🏽 !! They did everything within their ability to get the vehicle of my DREAMS, over and available to me! Cisco was attentive while at the dealership and kept that same energy, updates galore, until we came back. We expected delay due to the incoming blizzard but to my surprise, they had the vehicle late, Tuesday night and ready for us Wednesday morning despite all the snow. The car is Absolutely Beautiful!! Don’t sleep on the Obsidian Green. Thank you Thank you again, Cisco and Jason. Thank you to their excellent Finance team, Ben and Cody, for taking the time to break down and provide in-depth explanations without us having to ask. We appreciate it greatly. Thank you Chuck, for keeping our littles 👧🏽🧒🏽 entertained and for the great conversations while there.

Very friendly and informative experience. I would recommend Edwards Nissan to all my friends and family. Terry Halvin and Edwards Nissan were very excellent to work with. If you’re looking for a vehicle, please come see Terry at Edwards Nissan. He had only took care of me when I bought my car, but he also took care of me afterwards whenever I had questions.
