bought a 2021 jeep Gladiator august 2024, sales was ok,

bought a 2021 jeep Gladiator august 2024, sales was ok, finance was good, service SUCKED.... sale told me it was ran thru the shop and was ok, BUT their is a MAJOR RECALL that was done... a FREAKING CLUTCH REPLACEMENT, so it was hard the shift and had issues going into REVERSE... if it was ran thru the SHOP...would the RECALL be done? now i have to drop off at DEERY in Waukee and will be without a car

I BROUGHT A 2020 NISSAN ALTIMA IN 2020 FROM LAKE MANAWA DEALER SHIP, 4TH VEHICLE I PURCHASED WITH THEM. BAD SALE / FEEL LIKE I GOT PLAYED ONCE PURCHASED. WHICH HAS ME QUESTIONING PURCHASING MY NEW VEHICLE NEXT MONTH. CHUCK WAS NOT COOPERATIVE AT ALL.

I bought a 2022 Nissan Titan in March of 2022.

I bought a 2022 Nissan Titan in March of 2022. The truck has been great with no problems. Edwards is a great dealership and especially Terry Halvin my sales representative who will go out of his way to put in the right car and follow up with you after the sale. I have bought several cars from Edwards including the from the KIA dealership and the service before and after the sale has always been great. I highly recommend checking out Edwards before buying anywhere else. The truck was delivered to me at my home in in Lincoln Ne. Terry came down to Lincoln on his day off and me helped me set the trailer brakes on my camper. Darrel Uribe Lincoln Ne

Super nice people to work with. My salesman Zach worked his tail off to get me into a vehicle I was wanting as an Anniversary present for my husband. Zach get top honors for being professional, courteous, knowledgeable and right there to answer my questions as this was my first experience doing a lease. Great job Zach!
