Mike was my service consultant when I had my Mazda CX30

Mike was my service consultant when I had my Mazda CX30 complementary 6-month maintenance. He was approachable and quickly checked my car, sent me a video inspection, did a software update. Car wash included. The service people are really awesome and will take care of your car. 100% recommend Mazda of Milford!!

I researched cars in the CX 30 category.

I researched cars in the CX 30 category. Determining that it was the car for me I contacted Mazda of Milford. After explaining my needs and pricing I was able to lease a car two days later. My preferences were listened to by Amanda in phone conversations. And I was introduced step by step to the car by Melissa, who was with me through the leasing arrangements. I am loving the car! And I am thankful that the process to getting it was so pleasant!

I came into Mazda of Milford just to look around.

I came into Mazda of Milford just to look around. The minute I walked in, I saw the car I knew I would buy. I was approached by Kim Maselli who proceeded to tell me all about the car and answered all of my questions without any pressure. I bought the MazdaCX-30 and picked it up a few days later. I traded in a 2012 Honda which didn't have any of the features which the new Mazda had. Needless to say, I was a bit overwhelmed. Kim took me out to the car and helped me to become familiar with all of the new features I did not have on my old car all the while assuring me that she would be there in the future if I had further questions. Still confused about all of the new features I spoke to her on the phone a few days later. We made an appointment for her to come to my home after her working day to once again go over the features with me. We sat together in my car in my driveway going over everything. She was so knowledgable and helped me so much. When she left, she said if I had any further questions, to call her and we could go through it all again. I have never had a salesperson be so helpful and knowledgable as Kim. I love my car. It is a pleasure to drive and I feel very safe driving it. Thank you Kim.
