I had a positive experience as I always do. The serviceman who helped me was very good at explaining what was happening with my car and the video was great. He kept me informed and gave me a breakdown of the bill. I waited for my car and the waiting area was comfortable and clean as well as the bathroom. Everyone was very nice.

Great service department. Complimentary shuttle to work and car wash an extra bonus . I appreciate the video of my car that shows what is needed and what is still in great working order .

The salesperson Andrew was a pleasure to deal with. Did most of the heavy lifting on line. He answered all my questions. Broke down all the dealer fees and gave me a good price on the 2022 CX-5 Carbon Edition that I was Interested in. Also gave me a fair price on my trade in. Jay and Ken were also very professional and helpful. When I picked up my car Andrew spent about an hour going thru all the bells an whistles in the car. I highly recommend this dealership. They don't play games and will treat yo with respect. Love my new Mazda!

Although the staff was knowledgeable, I was put off by the noticeable increase in service price. Oil and filter change increased from $92 to $160 in only one year! Needless to say, I won’t be returning to Mazda for this service next time.
