Deceptive Advertising
Buyer beware...read fine print carefully! There is a $4,000 charge for being a certified used car. You have no option but pay this if the vehicle is certified. Of course, this is right at the end, and they do not tell you that the fee is so high in the fine print. This is in addition to their $700 dealer adm. fee. Total rip-off...advertise low prices to get you in the door then push these ridiculous fees on you. Highly deceptive!

Dishonest
I came in for. Infinity test rthey told me was on a lot. It has actually been sold the week before. One sales person told me it was sold just this morning. Another one told me it was sold the previous Saturday. This vehicle is still being advertised. They did the old bait and switch They almost talked me into buying a kia Until I researched it and found that it was the worst year for Kia possible. If I hadn't sat there for 3 and a 1/2 hours, I would have purchased it and been very sorry.

Getting worse every month...
While my experience buying the vehicle was pretty good, the following experience bringing the car in for service convinced me to go else where: the staff is rude, unattentive and mad everything sound more complicted than it should be. Stay away from this location, it has detiriorated in the last year or two...

Great staff, values what is important to me!
I hate car shopping! I have to say that Bruce Bennett's staff, especially Maya & Jerimiah, made the experience as enjoyable as possible. They valued my time and what was important to me. I was hit by a car and couldn't work for 7 months so my credit was less than good, and they went the extra mile to ensure I got what I needed at a price I could afford. I will be back to visit my new friends @ Bruce Bennett!

Who sold my personal financial information?
I bought a Nissan there 4 yrs ago and recently I received a letter from a Chevy dealer saying they want to sell me a new car and they will pay off what I owe on my present Nissan. And they know exactly how much I pay each month and what my payoff figure is> Now, did they get this from the dealer? All this information that is supposed to be private. I want to know.

DECEIVING WOLVES - BEWARE
These people give the true horror in salesmen. They lie, manipulate, and bully you into thinking they are my only chance in getting a car. I was told there would be a navigation system in my car but I don’t even have that. I was coerced in this, and yes, being naive, and hoping they would guide me, I learned a hard lesson. I am paying 850.00 a month for a 21000.00 car. It is November and I have more anxiety than I’ve ever had in my life my holidays are ruined I’m broke but pray that I will be able to survive these payments shame on you Bruce Bennett Nissan

Disceptful dealer
The communication with the staff ,as far as returning phone calls is absolutely horrible. We have a car in mind. We inquire if it is available and not one person had a clue. Finally we are told, on the phone and by email that the car is available, I drive 1.25 hours and walk in to the show room, to be told that the car has been sold. Ask to speak to a manager, the salesman comes back and says that someone has a deposit on it, but if you want it, It's yours. We go to take it for a test drive and it was originally owned by a heavy smoker. They did not even clean the car. We bring it up to the salesman and he states if we buy they will take care of it. Then we go over the costs of the vehicle. First they want to charge me for the prep of the car(to clean it) they were charging $900 for(reconditioning fee) that service. They they want to charge $2500 to certify the car which is not optional. $ 590 to register. Buyer beware. This place is a joke and insulting to anyone. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER.

disrespectful, untruthful
Very disappointing. Spoke with a salesperson, told them we live far from the dealership and didn't want to make the drive unless we had a realistic idea of the price. they gave us a rough price on the phone, we drove to the dealership where they told us it was $2000 more than they had indicated. What a terrible, disrespectful way to treat other human beings. They own the car and can sell it for whatever they want. I have absolutely no problem with that. But to lie to people to get them to make a 120-mile round trip for nothing is a terrible way to treat people. Disregard their internet pricing. It was FAR from what they eventually asked for the car. I had made allowances for the very high fees that dealers have been able to charge in the current difficult market, but they blew even those away.

I purchased a vehicle with Jeremiah Rosario. I came in thinking it was going to be a typical dealership where they try to hassle over everything but Jeremiah was the sweetest salesman I've ever sat with. His managers made my experience really fun especially the sales manager Jason Reis. He didn't rush me and made the process so easy and fun. Definitely love the new sales team they have over there. I love my new Rogue and so do my kids !!! you should ask for him if you ever see yourself needing a car!!
