STAY AWAY

Sold my daughter a "CPO" Armada. Roof had been damaged and poorly repaired. water had been leaking in for months. Headliner and carpet both wet and water stained. estimate to repair over $7500.

Beware. Don’t believe the online prices !

I drove 2hrs to look at a 2006 Frontier that was priced at 9,600 ( over blue book but somewhat in the realm) . When i saw the truck it was in “ok condition” with rips in the seats . When negotiations came around the salesman brought me a paper that had “ recondition fees “ and a bunch of other nonsense totaling the vehicle over 13400 for a 2006 ! When confronted about the price difference online they showed me a tiny box with the smallest letters saying that they could add fees and that they needed to have “aggressive marketing” to get people in the door . Thats called lying . I have been to some bad dealers but this by far is the worst . Don't go here .

Worst shopping experience ever

Drove 2.5 hours to look at a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Nissan Maxima SL to replace my wife's totaled car. Met with Salesperson Brandon who reviewed vehicle numbers. Dealer added to advertised sale price a $1499 certify fee along with $499 window etching fee and $91 wheel locks. Any vehicle advertised as Certified Pre Owned with a price stated should included any certification fee incurred by dealer. Taxes, dmv fees are understandable, but not hidden fees that are totally unethical. This is the biggest example of false advertising I have ever witnessed. Also, let's mention that this alleged Certified vehicle has cigarette burns all over the interior, the headliner was smoke stained, the speaker grill on the dash was dislodged, and the engine shield underneath the car looked like the the it drove over a curb. Not what you would expect from a Certified Vehicle. When we inquired with the salesperson about these fees, the response was "How would we get someone to come in and look at this vehicle for the higher price?". So, he was basically saying that they should misrepresent the price of the car to get a customer to come in. This will be reported to the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and Nissan Headquarters.

Best Team

There was a car I saw on the Bruce Bennett Nissan website I was interested in. A saleswoman named Dana helped me. There was no fluff. We asked to see something, she went straight into providing what we asked for. She was very nice and patient and ultimately I walked away with a new car. I would highly recommend Bruce Bennett Nissan and highly recommend Dana.

buyer BEWARE check additonal charges

Murano advertised as pre-own certified but dealer wanted to charge for work to make it certified extra $1875. Etching and wheel locks not listed in features but wanted an extra $520. This should be an option or least listed in features.

Freindly professional who actually listen

I have been more than pleasantly surprised at Bruce Bennett Nissan. I first leased and then decided to buy the vehicle that I was leasing. They made both experiences so easy and each step was fully explained. From sales to service, I have always been treated as a person. It is nice to do with business with friendly professionals who actually listen to the needs of their customers.

Customer

My service representative is an outstanding manager as he has managed my Nissans for a few decades. Bob Furman is outstanding, totally knowledgeable about mechanics and is a gentleman at all times and always fixes my SUVs and my friends' Nissan cars and is proactive in all matters and that is why I have been buying Nissans since 1990.

Trying to upgrade my lease

I have to say that this time when trying to turn in a lease to upgrade to a new lease, was very upsetting do to the lack of communication between salesman and finance. I was given so many different reasons for things taking so long. I realized that it was the last weekend of the month and they wanted to push through the easy loans but after that it still took two weeks.Only when I called to say I was going to another dealership did I get the proper attention. And in the end I did get a new lease,Not the car I wanted but a nice car. I think when this lease is up I will go to another dealer.
