We were looking to buy a car, saw some we liked online at Branhaven, so we took a ride. Ryan Hall greeted us and we explained what we were looking for and what our budget was. Ryan is a class act. He never once "sold" us a car; I felt like I was at home with him and he worked his best to make sure our needs were met. This was the absolute BEST car buying experience we have ever had. Mike and Brandon also did what needed to be done to ensure 110% customer satisfaction. From the moment we walked in, it was nothing more than friendly, attentive service by everyone except the Receptionist, she barely said 5 words. As a former owner and finance manager of a dealership, the receptionist is the "Greeter" . It was just an observation and had no bearing on buying a car. I will highly recommend anyone there!!!

He also doesn't call and bother you like a lot of other sales people I spoke to at other dealers when I was searching for my truck. When it was time to do the paperwork Brandon was efficient and had everything ready for me before I got there. He didn't try to add anything on other than offering a service plan that I found very reasonable - he put no pressure on me about this plan and I was glad he suggested it. I recently purchased my FIRST car from Branhaven. It's been a week and couple days since I gotten my 2012 Jeep Patriot and I absolutely love it! Johnathan was by far the best sales man I've ever dealt with. I've been to other dealerships where they tell you any and everything to sell a car. Not with Johnathan he was very straight forward, told me all the in's and out's of the vehicle. Told be about things that I didn't even know existed in a car. He took his time and made sure I understood everything. This was by far the best experience ever. I can't leave out Brandon out he also took his time with me and went through all the paperwork and made sure I understood all the warranties. THANKS AGAIN JOHNATHAN & BRANDON!! DONT BUY FROM BRANHAVEN! They sold me a 2008 Subaru STI and put extra thick oil in my motor to prevent the knocking to be heard. Driving home from an oil change my bar broke down. It had spun a bearing and would cost me at least $4000 to fix. When I called Chad Allison was extremely rude. After hearing about what happened he stated "Well sorry if this sounds rude but that has nothing to do with us, theres nothing we can do. Its been less than 7 weeks that I purchased the car and paid $25K for it and theres nothing they can do. Then trying to find someone else to blame they stated it was my fault for changing the oil myself (Subaru oil and filter were used). Chad then called me a LIAR and was aggressive and wouldnt let me speak. I have the recording for every conversation I had with Branshaven and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY HERE! I dont wish this on my worse enemy! It has now been 7 days that they towed my car after me having to beg them for help and no kind of update has been made. When I call in I get told that no one is in. I now have to take a train and bus to work and I am at risk of losing my job. This has been the worse customer service Ive experienced in my life.

Overall my experience at Branhaven was phenomenal! The team there works together like a well oiled machine and the enviroment made me feel right at home. Thank you Branhaven for helping me choose and buy my first new car!!! You guys are awesome!!!

I BOUGHT A JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE THERE AOUT 3 YEARS AGO AND JUST TRADED MY JEEP FOR A 2013 DODGE DART LIMITED, MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH BILL HAS BEEN GREAT, ANY TIME I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY JEEP I COULD ALWAYS CALL HIM EITHER AT WORK OR ON HIS CELL, HE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE ABOUT ANY ISSUES I HAD WITH MY JEEP. NOW I HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR (2013 DODGE DART LIMITED) WHICH I BOUGHT AT A GOOD PRICE AND HE EVEN GOT ME A LOWER INTEREST RATE, I AM VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. HE REALLY WORKED HARD FOR ME TO GET THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BRANHAVEN AS MY CAR DEALER OF CHOICE........"THANKS SO MUCH BILL AND BRANDON"
