I BOUGHT A JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE THERE AOUT 3 YEARS AGO AND JUST TRADED MY JEEP FOR A 2013 DODGE DART LIMITED, MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH BILL HAS BEEN GREAT, ANY TIME I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY JEEP I COULD ALWAYS CALL HIM EITHER AT WORK OR ON HIS CELL, HE MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE ABOUT ANY ISSUES I HAD WITH MY JEEP. NOW I HAVE A BRAND NEW CAR (2013 DODGE DART LIMITED) WHICH I BOUGHT AT A GOOD PRICE AND HE EVEN GOT ME A LOWER INTEREST RATE, I AM VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT. Overall a good experience. Jonathan was able to locate the exact vehicle I was interested in buying and had it delivered to the dealership within days. The negotiation and financing went very smoothly. The only negative in the entire process was some miscommunication on the delivery of the vehicle between myself, sales, and finance. Even so, Jonathan took the initiative to get the car ready so I didnt have to make a return trip to take delivery.

I was looking for an SUV for over 2 months, test driving every SUV on the market. I narrowed my options down to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I put a deposit down on several cars in LI and was not 100% satisfied. I looked online for Jeep dealers In CT and came across Branhaven I found a car that looked exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Rich, he was very personable and knowledgable. It was the best test drive ever. He made the car buying experience fun. He was very patient when my husband had several questions regarding the vehicle. He tried his best to get me a great deal. He succeeded and we signed the papers. The dealership was very clean and friendly. No high pressure salesman or persistant phone calls. Due to our schedules, we had to close that night. The staff was able to do so and accomodated our schedules. I would highly reccommend Branhaven to my friends and family.

I couldn't ask for a better group of people! They went above and beyond! I couldn't be happier! Brandon and Richard did everything possible!
