After looking at Jeeps at a nearby dealership with poor service, we decided to give Branhaven a try. The dealership is about 30 minutes from us, but it was well worth the trip! From the minute we signed up for a test drive online, the people at Branhaven were helpful throughout our search and buying process. We looked at several different vehicles, waffled on our decision between new and used, and pretty much dragged them all over the lot looking for the best car for us! And they were helpful and friendly all the way. They found us the Jeep that matched everything on our wish list, and the buying process was a breeze. The entire experience was simple, they weren't pushy, and the entire team worked together to make us happy customers. So much better than how we were treated at the other dealership. We will be back to buy from Branhaven again, and have already referred our friends and family.
