Great customer service

I brought my Escape in for a window repair, then want to set a appointment to have it serviced in 2 weeks and Troy said well we can do it all today! I was very impressed. I asked how long it would take and Troy stated 2 hour and asked if someone would be picking me up I state no, he gave me a car to drive and go do my errands that I need to do! I fell that he went above and beyond for me! I have had nothing but great customer service!

Great service

They are very patient with customers and yet strait forward. Very friendly. Willing to work with you to make your experience the best that they possibly can. Would go back for more vehicles

Great Service

Very good service experience. After driving the vehicle home and having an issue on day one the service department was extremely accominadating to me and the issues.

Purchase of 2013 Genesis Coupe

This dealership was one of the best experiences I have ever had when buying a vehicle. You dealt with one salesman through the complete process and the price was very fair when compared to others. They were friendly and to the point and explained everything very well. A truly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them and will always check with them in the future when I go to purchase a vehicle.

Service above and beyond the standard

I worked with the Sales Manager, Josh Greve who is a old high school friend. Josh went above and beyond to find the car that my wife wanted. Even with her changing her mind a few times, Josh still provided an outstanding level of service. I drove in from Perrysburg to purchase the car and would do it again.
