We just bought an Escape!

We just purchased a new Escape from Roy O'Brien Ford and we are very pleased with our decision. Ted Roney is an excellent salesmen; he is fair and friendly. This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased and/or leased from Ted. From the moment you walk into Roy O'Brien Ford and are greeted by the friendly receptionist until the end of the process signing paperwork with the finance person it is a positive experience. Great sales service - good follow up

I keep cars a long time. I received very good service in the sales process from Suzanne Clem. She was very attentive to our needs and made the process very comfortable. No high pressure - just what were my needs in a new car.

Best Ford Dealer

I just bought my second new car from Ted Roney at Roy O'Brien Ford. I consider Roy O'Brien to be an outstanding dealership. The new car delivery process is meticulous, so that by the time I drive away, I have been shown every detail of the vehicle's features and systems. My experience with the maintenance department has made me a loyal customer.

Great Service

Rich Christina went over and beyond to make our buying experience seamless. For example, our order took longer and he accommodated us with a vehicle that was suited for our camping trip. He also tries to get you the best deal and is brutally honest. Sometimes I dont like the answer but I know I it is the truth. He is very dependable and professional. We have been dealing with Rich for over 20 years.

I had been dealing with Loren Holmes over several months while I procrastinated over which vehicle I was interested in. Loren was very patient and eventually I decided on a Flex. The overall experience was great even though I'm sure I tested Loren's patience.
