Angelo LaFata took care of me long before my truck even

Angelo LaFata took care of me long before my truck even came in. We did everything via the phone and texting since I was out of state during the purchase. He did a great job and I highly recommend him.

Love Roy O’Brien Ford.

Love Roy O’Brien Ford. We buy all of our cars here. Currently have a Mustang, an Edge, and a Bronco. Buying experience is great, service and body shop are top notch. They are very responsive to questions and straight forward with pros and cons of different solutions.

Our last five cars have come from Roy O’Brien, some used, some leased, and they’ve been extremely helpful and friendly every time. The sales team is very knowledgeable and has worked within our budget to find the right vehicles for us. They’ve walked us through financing and made sure we know all our options and are comfortable with not only the car we’re getting but the monthly payments and service plan. Service has been excellent, too. We’ll keep going back!

Most of my arrangements were made over the phone for my 2024 edge. Angelo LaFata made this process smooth and non stressful. Everything was organized and seamless! He took all the time needed to make it so at a time in my life when doing this on my own was anxiety provoking. Grateful for his knowledge and kindness!

STEVE SALMAN WAS OUTSTANDING!! HIS COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT , SO FRIENDLY AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE HE REALLY CARED. I WAS DEALING WITH ANOTHER FORD DEALERSHIP FOR OVER A YEAR WAITING FOR MY NEW FORD MAVERICK, AND THE SALESPERSON I HAD BEEN DEALING WITH WAS NOT FRIENDLY AND HAD TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I CALLED ROY O'BRIEN ON A WHIM AND IT JUST SO HAPPENS EVERYTHING ENDED UP WORKING OUT PERFECTLY IN MY FAVOR. VERY THANKFUL FOR THIS EXPERIENCE, ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAD BEEN WITH CHEVROLET FOR ALMOST 2O YEARS AND SWITCHING TO FORD WAS SCARY FOR ME.

I purchased My 2022 F250 Super Duty in October of 2021.

I purchased My 2022 F250 Super Duty in October of 2021. After my purchase I have had issues with the truck, the same issue has came up 7 to 10 times with no resolve. I have been lied to on every encounter with them. I have been told the issue has been fixed every time it has been in, the truth is they have no idea what they are doing or what the problem is. It would be easier to digest if they told me they are not capable of fixing the issue because they are not qualified. I have recently found out from one of their employees that they do not have a diesel mechanic on site which could be part of the issue. I have lost months of work because I do not have my vehicle which means I have lost thousands of dollars. They should be paying for this truck while it sits in their shop not being worked on or they should buy the truck back for what I paid for it because it is always broke. I will make sure to never suggest them to anyone and I will never do business with them in the future unless they make this right. Stand up for your brand, own your mistakes and take care of your customers.
