Purchased my first american car in years!!!!

My salesman Mike Delisspe was really helpful and nice. He answered all my questions and got me everything that I asked for. I will be returning when my lease is up.

I've been a Roy O'Brien customer for years.

My family has 4 cars at all times. We have leased all but two of the last 25 cars from Roy O'Brien. The whole staff is always friendly and courteous, and our experiences there are always top notch. Loren Holmes makes it so easy that it is actually fun to lease cars there.

Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful.

Our sales Rep Rich was very friendly and extremely helpful. This is our second time leasing a vehicle from him and we plan to do so again in two years. With luck shortly after that I may even be purchasing a vehicle from him as well.

First class customer service new vehicle purchace

I am a Ford employee and have "a" plan pricing. this is supposed to take the "haggling out of buying a vehicle. We Met Maureen Bratto in December 2014 and Leased a 2014 Ford Edge. She went above and beyond to accomodate my wifes needs and actually treated her like she was capable of buying a car without her "Husband" around to make the decisions. Well, 3.5 months later, this "Husband" contacted Maureen Bratto again and I know own a 20141 Ford F-150 STX FX4. Maureen went above and beyouond anything I could expect from a sales persom. Fantastic job Maureen. To all the negative revieweres out there...Educate yourself before going to any dealer. You will be surprised. I have purchesed or supplied 9 "a" plan vehicles totaling over $200,000.00 from a competitor to O'brien. I will never go back to that competitor. Sean, you know who I am. Thanks Maureen Bratto and the entire staff a O'Brien. My F-150 Kicks some serious Butt. Thank you.

Great Team

Roy O'Brien is a class act, the entire team worked hard and efficiently throughout the entire process. I was able to drive away with my new Transit in a couple of hours with their staff working late after hours just for me.
