The staff at Roy O'Brien Ford is the best I have ever delt with. They were courteous, efficient and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied in every aspect of this car buying experience. From my sales person Mary Hellenberg to the service manager Don Holbrook , the Presidnet Roy O'Brien and the rest of the staff that made buying a car fun and stress free. I met Mary Hellenberg a few years ago regarding buying a new car. It was put on hold for a few years. When I was ready to consider a lease, I went back to Mary. She was not available at the time, so I was directed to her associate, Loren Holmes. Between the two of them I received excellent, attentive, and informative service. I love my new car and thank them both for everything.
