Very good experience

Jesssica Valigosky was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I normally dread the experience of buying a car, but Jessica made the entire process pleasant and efficient. She answered our questions and went the extra mile to address our concerns. I would recommend her to anyone interested in a vehicle.

Road trip

In short, I was driving home from visiting family in NY and my Tennessee washer fluid was not rated high enough for the NY winter temperatures and froze. I pulled my Non-Chevy truck in to Spitzer Chevrolet of Northfield OH and the service department got right on it with heaters and defrosted my reservoir and lines. Needless to say, they took me right in and got me back on the road within an hour. I sincerely appreciate the help! Respectfully Vince Guarino

Jessica Rocks

I bought a late model used vehicle here and Jessica was my sales person. This is the third car I have bought from her. She is hard working, professional, and very personable. I wont buy a car from anyone else. There were a few issues with the vehicle and the G. M. went above and beyond to make me happy.I was very impressed.I would recommend Jessica every time. Leased a new Equinox

Very quick transaction, honest, friendly staff

Don't know anything about cars to be honest and Jessica was great, to the point, helpful and I was able to take the car to my mechanic for them to verify everything that was said and it was all true. Important for me to trust car dealers and these guys were great.

Great Service

Bought a 2000 Corvette at another dealer and brought it to Spitzer to check it over. Have dealt with Spitzer Chevy before and they have a good reputation with me. Andrew Neri did an excellent job in letting me know what work needed to be done and what could be done later. The technician that worked on the vehicle was very thorough and the car was returned to me clean. All the work that could be done was done in the same day. They provided me a ride home while the car was being worked on. I have a very high level of confidence in this service department.

Service

They have one price listed on their website for an oil change & another listed at the dealer. I told him the price is $10 lower on the website, he got very nasty & said show me. When I showed him he stated you are the only person that mention it. So that makes it right to cheat people because they don't mention it!! When he told the other guy that he saw it on the website that guy stated he knew. He asked him first & he played like he had know idea & now he claims he knew. i would rather pay twice as mush then go somewhere they are going to rip you off. I can om nly imgine how many people had an oil change at the posted higher price. When I stated the website & the posted price should match he stated not his problem. I got me car from hear & have had many items serviced, now I wonder haw much money the ripped me off for. And he stated you can't use your coupon on a special...what special it is a price listed on your website as the everyday price not a special & they didn't know it was there. They definitely will rip you off so keep your eyes open.
