John gets us the best deals as well as helps us get through the process quickly and does not pull any punches. We believe that John is very honest. Looking forward to purchasing our next vehicle from John.

Most went well. However, when we had to return to resign papers, we were misled (lied to) about being next in line. Had to wait over an hour, even though we called ahead and they knew we were coming.

All communications were done by email and only 45 minutes of my time was required in the dealership to finalize the deal. The dealership located my vehicle and I took ownership of it within days. At the time that I picked up my new Jeep, the process was extremely simple and I was out the door in record time. The staff was extremely pleasant and valued my time. This might as well be the only dealership on earth for me because I doubt me and wife will ever buy a car from anywhere else. The customer service was great and Dan Katz was very knowledgeable about the 2014 Grand Cherokee we purchased. Not once did we feel forced to make a decision and Dan and Rich was very patient with me and my wife although we may have showed a little hesitation. I give this dealership 5 stars across the board because honesty and integrity goes a long way. We will defiantly get our next vehicle from here.
