My service writer, (Megan),was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and kept me informed as to what was going on with my Wrangler while it was in the service bay. After I was there for a couple of hours, she apologized for how long it was taking, but explained exactly why it was. That was very much appreciated. She also was able to procure a loaner car so I could complete a couple of errands. When the repairs were done, she asked if I had any questions, to which I replied I had none as everything has been explained in great detail. I will definitely return if I should need any repairs in the future.

Meghan went over and beyond to answer questions about tires. She and the techs were very helpful. Always a pleasure to work with.

I didn’t feel pressured. Loved the effort the gentlemen put in to help me get the car I wanted. The car that I originally wanted was gone . But my second choice which was by far a better car was perfect!
