I normally don't write reviews but this one was worthy of my attention. Anyone can tell you that buying a car can be a stressful experience. I have never purchased a car from a dealer because of all the horror stories that have been told. However, my experience at BG Lincoln was exceptional! Drew and his staff made me feel welcomed, answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. Their finance department was superb as Lisa was a consummate professional. I did my research and discovered that BG Lincoln had the best price for the specific vehicle I wanted. David was great from the beginning. They had the cars set aside for me that I had inquired about and ready for me to test drive. When it came to the buying process they were flexible with the offers and helping me get to where I wanted to be. After the purchase was done, David made to clean the car up and even filled up the tank, which is his own standard. It was a nice touch to finish out the deal. My salesman Drew Haslinger was amazing he went over and above the call of duty. He was even willing to meet me half way between dealership and my home to deliver the car. (Awesome) I would also like to thank Lisa in Finance she has also been there for me during and after the purchase of the car. But when Drew delivered the car to me it was pouring down rain but he still took the time to explain everything about the car to me in full detail even showing us how the car parrall parks it self.
