I'm not sure how many words I'm allow here, but in a nutshell the Customer Service is stellar. Wendy went above and beyond to find me a rental/loaner, the technician who checked out the problem initially was straight-up honest with me. They are one-in-a-million; Customer Service is a thing of the past at most businesses today; Crivelli's set the bar for treating the customer right. They worked on my transmission, and my Escape now runs finer than it has in quite some time - smooth, easy, seamless shifting. This dealership and its people are nothing short of amazing. They even went so far as to try to eliminate the stench on the inside of my vehicle (my own fault), and actually put me in touch with someone who was able to help me with that.
