Caliper froze up while under initial base warranty. Called "my" Ford garage who instructed me to call their Road Side Assistance number. I was informed that to be covered car had to be towed to the "nearest" Ford garage. Road Side Assistance gave me a choice of 3 garages. I chose Crivelli's out of convenience. A tire was punctured while being loaded on tow truck and I realized and stated more than once that I knew that was not Ford's fault but I needed help to guide me through the system. From my initial call to this service department I was treated rudely and with distain. I called them to give them a heads up the car was coming. The service lady's first words were . . . Why did you bring it here and not to Seneca? We don't have a caliper on stock. We will have to order it on Monday. It takes a day to come in and I don't know when I can fit in. It just got worse from that conversation. The tire complicated things. And guess what? When you buy a car and they explain the warranty and how you will be supplied with a rental, they forget to tell you if the repair time is 4 hours or under, you don't. They had the car Friday afternoon to Tuesday at noon. The tire took one extra day. So because a caliper only takes 2 hours to fix I was without a car that long. Did I mention I am one of two care givers for my 93 year old father and he lives 40 miles from my home. The whole situation could have been diffused by professional service managers who would help you to navigate the system instead of saying things like . . . I never heard of a damage report. I have never had a vehicle damaged in towing.

Feel like Family

Either purchasing vehicles or taking them in for service, I always feel like family. The whole team watches out for me and helps me any way that they can.

always great service

convenience and speedy repair. I needed an oil change and there was a noise coming from the left rear. They were able to diagnose and repair same day, luckily... it ended up being a wheel bearing.

Salesman wasn't pushy and new the ford cars well. Could answer any question we ask. He gave us the tool to make a educated decision

Everyone one was polite and friendly

Good job

I have been dealing with Scott for years and he himself makes it worth buying a vehicle there. Plus your service department is awesome and Jeff makes it bearable to sign all the papers lol. A plus all around. Scott always does a great job and I will keep going there. Thanks all

Great service and sales department is friendly

I like the sales manager joe shoffstall And individual salesman was great to deal with also Dealership is clean and I have always had great experience with the service department over the years.
