I just bought a 2016 mazda 6 grand touring. I love this is car!!! But to be perfectly honest if not for Kyle Yarian, I probably would've just keep looking. He was attentive and patient with my fickle ways. He wasnt like to typical salesman. I never felt rushed or pushed into a vehicle I didnt want. Thanks Kyle. You rock. I was referred to your dealership and was skeptical about how well people are taken care of. After visiting Montrose Mazda and dealing with Mr Frey, I must say that I was overwhelmed by how my wants and needs were their main concern. Mike took the time to walk me through the trim levels on the Mazda 3, land me on the perfect touring edition. He explained the value of leasing, I only put about 6000 miles on in a year, and how I can save 100 dollars a month on my Payment AND always be under warranty! Trying to get my credit back up, I decided to follow a friends advice and go to Montrose. I was greeted right away by Michael Frey and we started the process. I am in the midst of moving and have very little cash to put down, and my car was just repossessed. I was sure Mr Frey was going to just throw me out. I am glad that I was wrong. Within 20 minutes, he was showing me a car-a 2012 Ford- that would work for me with no money down. A test drive of the car, a few minutes with Adam in finance, and I was driving home. Thank you for taking a chance on me!!!! I will be back in 3 years to get a NEW car.

I had a very good experience at Montrose in Brookpark Ohio Morgan was one of the best sales lady I ever had she was on top of everything she answered all my questions well I would recommend this dealership to anyone and ask for Morgan she's great at what she does there should be more sales women in this field she gets 5 stars from me I was able to walk out with a brand new 2015 Mazda cx-9 in the colors that I wanted thanks again Morgan
