Fantasic Customer Service
I brought my truck in for a 30,000 mile service. The Service Rep explained to me everything up front that was going to be done to the vehicle and told the exact amount the service would cost and the amount of time that it will take to complete. The best thing about Ingersoll is the friendly atmosphere that is portrayed there and people go out of their way to talk to the customers. Everyone is the service department was so friendly to me even though they doing other things they made the point of say hi or good morning to me while I was getting checked in. Little things like that go a long way. The service on my truck was done to the highest level and I will continue to have Ingersoll take good care of my GMC Sierra!

Professional, no pressure salesman
Anyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I visited many dealerships and in the end decided on Buick for your product,price and salespeople. Highly appreciated Alex Darydov for his patience,knowledge of product and prompt answers when I requested something. Great service
The service dept. went out of there way to be helpful and get us back on the road. They took us in right away and made sure that our truck was safe to drive the rest of the way to our destination .

Happy customer
As always the staff at Ingersoll Auto in Danbury Ct make us feel that our business is always appreciated and they are there to help in any way they can. We always know they want us to be happy. Our salesman Jeff T was professional and accomodating in every way as is all the staff and that is the exact reason why we went back to Ingersoll , not just because we were happy with our last purchase, it's because it is a pleasure dealing with the staff on all levels at Ingersoll Auto.

Overall I had a very positive experience. I'd like to suggest more extensive training for your sales staff. My salesman Anthony couldn't have been nicer but I did feel he wasn't as knowledgeable as he should have been with regard to the vehicle itself and the lease particulars. But that being said he really was great to work with
