Oil Change, etc.

On time, easy to check in with service. Car was ready on time. Nice waiting room with refreshments. Met Todd Ingersol while I was waiting for sevice. He was walking through and stopped to make sure I was being taken care of and got me a bottle of water. Great dealership.

A great car at a great price

High marks for Anthony who worked patiently and professionally with me to get me into the vehicle I had my eye on before I entered the dealership in the price range I hoped for. I expect to come back to Ingersoll the next time I shop Buick as long as Buick continues to meet my expectations for quality, comfort and luxury.

Getting ready for a trip, Brakes need attention

Had a vibration when braking, and was leaving for a camping trip towing our camper. Contacted Herb and Kevin in service, and they fit us in so that we could have a safe and trouble free travel during our trip. I can't say enough about Ingersoll Service...everyone I have ever dealt with has been extremely pleasant, fair and straight forward....thanks to Ingersoll Service, I have no worries about towing our camper and having a great trip. ~Rick Ferreira

Friendly helpful staff, car ready when promised

Staff is very knowledgeable. The experience is always easy. People on the phone are very polite. I would buy another car here in a heartbeat and I tell all my friends about how easy it is dealing with your dealership.

Couldn't have done more.

I had a damaged tire, which was replaced in a short amount of time. What short waiting time I did encounter was due to Ingersoll ensuring that my extended tire warrantee completely covered the cost. I can't imagine how Ingersoll might have done more for me.

Great service

Service department was excellent as always. They got the job done and even offered me a service car while my car was being worked on. Very happy with the service and kindness of the service department. Was not to pleased with the sales department. Went in to get my opinions for vehicle, the lease ends in less than a month. The sales persons was very pushing and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. He just kept pushing either buying a new lease or purchasing my old car, basically his way or no way! I have never been treated that way before from them and I own 3 vehicles from ingersoll auto.

Routine Maintenance with ease and great service!

I made a same day appointment for an oil change which was a great thing (did not have to schedule days in adavance). The gentleman that checked me in/out was extremely pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. And the job was completed in a timely manner! Best visit there thus far! A+

Great buying experience - knowledgeable, friendly!

Our sales person, Jeff Giegler, was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable - the perfect combination for a high-ticket transaction. Our Finance Manager, Jerry Patry, was sharp, detail-oriented, and well organized - again, a perfect combination. Jeff and Jerry were a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend them (and Ingersoll) to anyone. I also thought the dealership was impressive - clean, spacious, and accommodating.
