New purchase

Lisa was a great sales person she helped me pick the right car then she searched for a match and found the car. On delivery she explained every function on the new car. Very happy to have an experienced sales person take care of my needs on my new purchase.

Quality dealership

I had Phil Lariccia as my sales rep and he was outstanding. He answered my text messages and accommodated my busy schedule. He worked extremely hard trying to find a vehicle that would fit my needs and my price range. I can't wait to buy another vehicle in three years!

stop patting yourself on the back

It was a long wait but the free coffee took the sting out of it. I'll check out the navigation system tomorrow. The system was the worst so hopefully the upgrade will make it operational now. If the upgrade doesn't work I'll try to get the car disqualified under the CT State Lemon Law. Ya, it's that bad. I'll keep you posted.

Great service and pleasant waiting area

The staff is very courteous and friendly. When there was an issue with transferring my registration, they resolved it within 5 minutes. We waited a little longer than we had planned for the new car transaction to be completed, however, I did not state up front that I had to be finished in a specific amount of time.

Great service team, new renovations

The guys in the service department are wonderful and friendly! I was in and out of the in exactly 1 hour like I was told! However, about 2 hours after I left, I noticed that my rear passenger side tire was missing the valve stem cap. I had all four before it went in for service, but after, that one was missing. Otherwise, my service I received was great!
