Very easy buying experience
Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I came in to sign papers and was on my way home in 30 minutes. With the test drive I spent an hour at the dealership.

Consistently Satisfied
I bring my Cadillac back to Ingersoll Auto for all my services since that's where I originally purchased the vehicle. Having just received my SRX back from another service, I must say I am more impressed every time I visit. I work with Don Basil and his dedication to customer service is the biggest reason I keep returning. It's one thing to have impeccable service on the first visit, but to always perform at such a high level is surely commendable and, in the automotive industry, seems like nothing short of a miracle. The overall quality of my last service, including the work performed, was so perfect that I simply had to write this review. But I have a Benz
It was great working with Debbie Smith the finance manager and Pat the sales person. They were knowledgable, professional and are great representation of GM the brand. This is no easy task when the news of recalls overshadows all other meaning of GM.

Service Review
When dropping off, not sure what to do/where to go when I got out of my car. Just stood in the middle of huge room for about 5 minutes before Cory waved me over and took my info. I believe it is just crazy/confusing during the construction. Also, my brake pedal was checked/lubed because it has been squeaking and they said it should be fine now, but it started squeaking an hour after leaving the dealership. Should I bring it back in again?

Horrible customer service after purchasing
I bought my 2003 Silverado at Ingersoll Auto. The truck was in perfect running condition when I put my money down on the truck. Within a week everything started to go wrong with it. They kept telling me that all the problems I have been having with my truck are perfectly normal, and now my warranty has expired! I'm stuck paying for their unprofessional service.

Ingersoll always delivers. I was personally escorted past the cement truck to the waiting area which wasn't necessary but so very polite!

Great Service, Timely
I needed an afternoon appt., and needed to wait for my car. I did not want to get to the appt and then have to wait for 1-2 hours before they even attended to my car. I explained this to the woman who took my phone call, she checked w/ service manager, and appt was made for that late afternoon, and I was taken care of right away, and out the door within 45 minutes. I was very pleased.

Great Service - Excellent Personnel
I had an emergency. My brake line had broken. When I called Nate said to bring it right in. They were extremely busy but still took the time to take care of my problem. Thank you for the quick service and for appreciating customer loyalty.
