Great customer service.

Our salesman was New but really went out of his way for us. We would highly recommend him when/if anyone we know was interested in buying a car.

Buick Encore

Vincent sold me my Buick Encore and he couldn't have been more helpful, professional, or kind. He did his best to get me into a comfortable payment for my lease and truly tried his best because I really wanted the car. He spent lots of time with me and was very clear in letting me know I can contact him anytime with future questions. Im so glad I went to Ingersoll, the financial service gentleman was very kind and helpful too. An overall great experience.

Earlier than expected, without incident

The service consultant was available immediately upon my arrival. We discussed all that was to be done, including two recalls of which I was unaware. She estimated the time that it would take, and we agreed that I would wait. The work was done without incident, in less than the estimated time. I could not be more satisfied.

Fantastic service, great new facilities

The service was outstanding. This is the second car that we have leased from Ingersoll in the last 12 months and for the first time in 30 years my family is once again a 100% GMC (Chevy) family. Bob Laber was outstanding - he listened to everything I said on the phone when we set up my appointment and had all of my options carefully laid out when I arrived. I cannot imagine a better experience. p.s. based on my experience with my first Ingersoll car my sister in law also purchased a Chevy from Bob and the team at Ingersoll!

Above and Beyond Expectations

Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and eager to please. Lisa Provensano jumped through hoopes to get us the deal we got. Todd was a tremendous asset in our decision and thought process as we expected nothing but hoped for the best. And that's what we got, the best!

Best or worst

It was the best experience it was the worst experience. I went to the dealership and looked around no one helped me. I ended up finding the car elsewhere. And I came back and bought another car from them. Then I returned the car that I first bought. And bought another car there. It was okay. I was only one in the dealership at the time.
