Worst service I ever had at a Ford Dealership in the 32 years of buying Ford vehicles. Terrible experience! Was very disappointed and shocked how bad the service was

I was told it would take 30 minutes for the repair to fix the flat tire and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes after I complained 2 times. Then walked out to check the vehicle again 3 other repair technicians were leaning against my vehicle talking and drinking coffee! Was extremely upset! Whether it’s $100,000 vehicle or a $10,000 vehicle unacceptable . And it is a 100k vehicle
They got me in even when I was late for my appointment,

I was able to get my car in for the brake recall in 1
I was able to get my car in for the brake recall in 1 week. When the dealership on Brook park road in Brooklyn has me waiting for months and was told to call back in 1-2 more months. George in the service department was very helpful and explained every very thoroughly. I was very greatful that my car would be picked up and dropped off to me as well. I would highly recommend Ganley Ford to others and I will go back should anything arise. Thank you very much Ganley Ford and keep up the Great Work George.

As I responded with a positive experience, I am now sitting here wondering how I am going to get to work tomorrow. Which, this job is what I work to make the money to pay for this truck. I have tried reaching out in a couple ways, along with my fiancee, and no response back since Friday about the plates to the truck. Today is the last day for the tags and no response and no plates. I have received responses back for me to place my experience with the company through the email that was sent, to make sure I fill that out, even though I have not seen the email. But again, over the plates, no response. I am not too sure about coming back again for our next vehicle, since I am unable to drive the vehicle now.
