state of the art, plush

Treated with respect and care for my well being. The person greeted me with good manners and a smile, the facility is clean and with the latest in coffee, tv, computers and the services are excellent. I could not wait to share the experience with my husband!!!

Great service, great techs, just great overall

I arrived at your shop and I told the service writer what was wrong with my car. He took excellent care of me; he listened to what I had to say about the issue, and gave me a couple courses of actions we could take. A full diagnostic was run on the car, and about 45 minutes later I knew what was wrong. The problem was explained to me in great detail, and after I gave permission, my car was finished later that day. The price for the service was fair compared to other Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealers I've gone to in past years.

2015 Lincoln MKC

Third car leased with the same dealer and the same leasing . Easy to work with and deal with. Sales manager very helpful and cordial too.

Prompt attention and service while I waited. Car was returned washed! Knowledgeable service representative. Work was thoroughly explained and all of my questions were completely and adequately answered.
