Great experience great truck

Went in looking for a new vehicle and walked out with an amazing new truck. Walked in told them what I was looking for and within minutes they had one pulled up to the door to test drive!

Great customer service!

The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable . We would definitely recommend Mills and Mike Whitfield in particular. He was helpful without being pushy and the finance department was very efficient.

Purchase of used truck

Very helpful in terms of knowledge of his authority. Goes above and beyond to help satisfy customer requests and needs. Even after purchase, helped with known missing tow/haul picture on gear shifter.

Working with Michael Whitfield was GREAT! He worked to get us the best deal possible and we are very satisfied with the service he provided. The finance person and manager were awesome as well. We were so pleased with the overall sales experience and will definitely be back to see him again when it’s time to purchase another vehicle!

Great Salesman; okay everything else

First off, Michael Whitfield is a phenomenal salesman and was a pleasure to work with. He helped me get the truck I wanted, and after several hours of negotiation, the price I wanted. He was probably the best part about the whole experience dealing with this particular dealership. I talked for several days with other departments trying to get basic tasks like sending out a bill of sale, or following up on a promised car repair. The dealership is clean, and has many different options to choose from. I would still go there again, but you should definitely be proactive in asking questions about services that are offered.

Great service all around

I was just looking the day I went but ended up driving home that day with a new Chevy Equinox. My sales person was Mike Whitfield and he did exactly what he said he would do. He found exactly what I was looking for and listened to what I wanted to spend and made it happen. There was no reason not to buy!
