Most wonderful customer service at Mills Chevrolet. I arrived early for my appointment, an oil change service. The wait was not very long for this to take place. My vehicle was cleaned before being returned to me. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable.

A new advisor suggested 5 required services due to the

A new advisor suggested 5 required services due to the mileage on my car. When my regular advisor came back, he said Chevy services are by year and not by mileage and said I might only need one out of the 5 she recommended. How is she qualified? Or is she on the team to sell? I call xx.

Jonathan was awesome.

Jonathan was awesome. He wasn't pushy about trying to sell me a car. He was trustworthy, and knew what I was looking for in a car, and gave me pricing that was in my budget.

I enquired to the service department person about buying

I enquired to the service department person about buying a car, but he said he doesn't do that and would refer me to someone...but did not, before I left.

If I could give a minus 10, I would.

If I could give a minus 10, I would. The codes stated there was an issue with the transmission control module needed to be replaced but the technician stated that the transmission needed to be replaced. Seems like a scam to me. In the report it stated there was a transmission leak, but I went under the vehicle and it was completely dry. It stated that the washer fluid was filled but it was not. In the report it stated that the transfer case fluid needed changed along with the brake fluid and the differential fluid. These fluids had been changed in the last 4 weeks. The air filter was changed 3 months ago. I wonder if a technician even looked at my vehicle. There was an extra $50 charged to me compared to what I was quoted online. Another Scam? I am thinking I need to contact the Attorney General of Iowa and the Better Business Bureau about this incident and see if others have complaints about Mills. I would welcome a response to my concerns about my complaints and how I was over-charged and had a poor technician trying to rip me off. Are your mechanics paid a commission of part and service sales?

We were in for a low tire pressure.

We were in for a low tire pressure. They found a nail and repaired it. Also fixed the in car tire pressure record sensor . Most thankful for their great work.
