    I was in contact with this dealership over email. I was interested in two vehicles they had in there inventory. I scheduled an appointment. The day of... my appointment I received an email to confirm my appointment. I arrived for my appointment, and I was told that both of the vehicles I was interested in were sold. I felt they had wasted my time especially because I was suffering from a headache that day. I believe they should have been honest in the email that morning confirming my appointment. I've heard that some dealerships put a hold on vehicles if someone actually books an appointment to see certain vehicle(s). This dealership sure doesn't, nor do they let someone know that the vehicles they scheduled to actually look at were sold.

    Valerie Lawton is super to do business with!! The day that we bought my 2017 Spark, we also purchased my husband's 2010 Silverado. Valerie is very... knowledgeable, friendly and professional.     Oil changed,outside air and inside cabin filters changed,multipoint inspection,and "even washed the car got all the salt and grime off outside and under... our car". Took only 1 hour and 11 minutes to do all that work car went right to bay and they started work asap great team work from the person scheduled appointment to service adviser to mechanics to the people washing the car to lady taking our well spend money. Our car is now paid off so later this year or next you will see us there for a new car thank you for the great service. Terry Gordon

    PURCHASED USED GMC SIERRA DENALI FEW MONTHS BACK BEEN GREAT WITH THE PROMISED EXTRAS. NEW TIRES SPRAY IN BEDLINER SHUTTLE SERVICE TO AND FROM WORK WHILE... TRUCK WAS IN SHOP WAS GREAT.

    While I did not buy a vehicle, service was outstanding on the response and truthfulness of the conversation. After the lady described the vehicle in... response to my inquiry and questioning, I decided not to move forward in this transaction. However, I will give extra special attention to a vehicle from Mills because of the treatment. There was absolutely no pressure at anytime in the conversation.

    Devyon was great, she took time to go over what we wanted and responded in a timely manner once we decided on what we wanted she had everything ready... to go once we finally made a choice and liked the pricing and was ready to go when we got there to sign papers, a few days later. she was happy and friendly even though you could tell she was not feeling the best
