We drove 7 hours one-way placing our trust in Mills to honor our verbal agreement to hold the 2016 Tahoe we were interested in. The Tahoe was there and was in the exact condition as was posted online. Shane greeted us and knew who we were just by the mention of our name. Devyn Fairman what is our sales representative and was extremely knowledgeable of each aspect of the vehicle's features. Rick made the financing quick and painless. This was a trip well worth making!

I recently purchased a new car from Mills and I couldn't be happier. Buying a new car can be very stressful, but working with Mills and their staff (Mike Welch) made the task enjoyable. The dealership has a new facility that is also very nice and comfortable to be in. My new car buying experience was like no other. Mike Welch at Mills kept me updated on the build progress. Delivery was as promised and when I took delivery of the car, all was perfect. It was particularly great working with Mike who has a ton of knowledge about the car we were buying. Kudos to him for being so patient with us.

We moved to the Iowa QC 9 years ago but would still drive an hour and a half to go back to our old dealership in Illinois because we loved them... unfortunately they sold out and they no longer knew us. We needed to find a new local dealership and Mills opened up in Davenport. From our very first experience starting with a trial oil change, everything has gone very well. The staff is very friendly and genuinely seem concerned for you as a person, not just as a customer. Service appointments have been quick and easy to obtain. We recently bought out a lease on a vehicle that was not purchased from them and they helped complete that process with nary a hesitation. 3 weeks later we bought a brand new truck from them. No pressure to buy, genuine interest to help out and tolerance of me changing my mind probably 15 times on which vehicle I wanted and they still treated me like a good friend. We've found our new dealership and look forward to buying more vehicles from Mills!

This is my 3rd vehicle purchased through this dealer. They have always been willing to work with me on price. If you're not happy, they will go back to the drawing board and try to make a deal you are happy with.
