He called and had the paperwork done up front so that if we chose to purchase we could expedite the process (we have two kids - who would prefer be anywhere other than in a car dealership waiting room ;-)). We had a fantastic experience at the Terry Henrick's dealership in Archbold. Austin Johnson was excellent in sharing his knowledge regarding the vehicle we were interested in. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Mary in the finance department was great to work with and had all the paperwork prepared, correct and ready to go. The color and interior we wanted was not available in Archbold, so they went and got us exactly what we wanted. I may not keep my new vehicle 12 years like my last vehicle since the experience was so pleasant! We love our Durango and so happy we were able to purchase it locally!!
